The first vibration machinery industry expo in Zhongyuan Agricultural Valley kicked off

On August 23, the three-day first vibration machinery industry expo of Zhongyuan Agricultural Valley kicked off in Xinxiang. More than 100 domestic vibration machinery companies brought new products and new technologies to the show, and 34 projects were signed on the spot, with a total investment of 17.2 billion yuan, which will inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of Zhongyuan Agricultural Valley.

This expo is guided by the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association and hosted by the Xinxiang Municipal People's Government. With the theme of "Digital Intelligence Empowers Green Development", it builds a cooperation platform for high-level dialogue, achievement transformation, production and sales docking, and investment negotiations for scientific research institutes and enterprises in the field of domestic vibration machinery. The products and technologies cover vibration screening equipment, vibration monitoring and testing technology, vibration reduction and noise reduction technology, etc.

It is worth mentioning that the first industrial Internet platform in the vibration industry, the Fourier Industrial Internet Platform, was officially released at this expo. The platform was created by Xinxiang County by integrating the leading domestic vibrating screen industry resources and integrating new generation information technologies such as 5G, big data, and the Internet of Things. Through the comprehensive connection of people, machines, and objects, it can provide full-scene, one-stop services such as network ordering, simulation design, automatic unloading, intelligent welding, and remote operation and maintenance, helping vibration companies to shorten product delivery cycles by 40% and reduce comprehensive manufacturing costs by 33%.

The opening ceremony also released the quality standards for the vibration machinery industry, which will gradually solve the product standardization problems that existed in the industry before and guide the healthy and orderly development of the industry and the market.

According to reports, Xinxiang is the main R&D, production, and sales base of vibration machinery in the country. It has more than 1,000 vibration machinery and parts manufacturers. The comprehensive market share of various series of vibration products in the domestic market is more than 50%, and the annual output value accounts for more than 30% of the country. A relatively complete industrial chain from crushing, transportation to screening has been formed. In April this year, Xinxiang County was awarded the title of "Vibration Capital" by the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, and a plaque unveiling ceremony was also held at the opening ceremony.

"At present, as the most valuable 'golden signboard' of Xinxiang City, the agglomeration effect of Zhongyuan Agricultural Valley has initially emerged." Li Weidong, secretary of the Xinxiang Municipal Party Committee, said that Zhongyuan Agricultural Valley will form a new pattern of "one valley, one city, and one industrial cluster" in the future, which will provide more favorable conditions and create a broader space for the development of the vibration machinery industry. It will also promote the rapid improvement of the innovation level of the vibration machinery industry and promote vibration machinery products to accelerate towards high-end and go global.
