Case introduction

In a vanadium mine in Shangluo, 500t/d vanadium tailings, the concentration is 25%, the particle size is larger than 100 mesh and contains about 70%, more than 95% of the dry ore can be extracted with the dry discharge screen, and the water content of the dry discharge tailings is less than 20%. After the tailings are dry discharged, the tailings are used as building materials and the tailings resources are reused. The bottom flow can be used directly to return the water, and the tailings reservoir is not needed at all.

Backwater return

The daily amount of tailings treated (water containing tailings) is 2000t/d, and 900 t/d of tailings and water are taken away after dry discharge treatment, leaving 1100 tons of water, calculated according to the water price of 0.8 yuan/ton, 1100*0.8=880 yuan, 300 days of work a year, 880*300= 264,000 yuan, a year can save 264,000 yuan of water resources.

Coarse return

Dry discharge of coarse sand 475 tons per day, per ton of 10 yuan profit, 300 days of work a year, 475*10*300= 1425,000 yuan, the annual return of coarse sand 1.425 million yuan.
