Two-roll crusher Working principle

Double roll crusher is the use of two groups of separately driven roller shaft, relative rotation of the rolling force and grinding shear to break materials of mechanical equipment.

When the material enters the crushing chamber of the machine, the material is subjected to the biting force of the rotating roller, so that the material is forced between the two rollers, and is also subjected to the rolling and shear grinding of the roller, and the material begins to crumble. The small particles after fragmentation are thrown down the machine along the tangent line of the rotation of the roller through the gap between the two rollers, and the large particles exceeding the gap continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.
