BZK series explosion-proof vacuum conveyor is a kind of pneumatic conveying equipment that forms a vacuum through a fan to convey powder materials. It is suitable for multiple industries such as medicine, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, etc. It is aimed at the closed conveying of various powder materials, improves the cleanliness of materials, and meets the different conveying needs of customers.
This product is suitable for explosive gas environment, gas group ⅡA, ⅡB, temperature group T1~T4, combustible dust environment A21, A22, and the maximum surface temperature does not exceed 130℃.
Various powder materials
BZK vacuum conveyor drives the material flow by negative pressure gas flow generated by Roots vacuum pump (or centrifugal fan), or positive pressure gas flow generated by Roots blower; the material is transported to the receiving bin, and the material is separated by weight and back-blowing system. During the conveying process, there is no dust and no leakage, which is suitable for multi-point to one-point material transportation and open feeding and transportation.
BZK vacuum conveyor is equipped with back-blowing device. Each time the material is discharged, the compressed air passes through the pulse back-blowing valve, back-blowing the filter, and knocking down the powder adsorbed on the filter surface. It plays the role of cleaning and material discharge to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
