BDMC series explosion-proof pulse dust collector is a new product developed by our company based on the digestion and absorption of advanced technologies at home and abroad. The dust collector adopts pulse jet cleaning method and is widely used in the dust removal and purification of non-fibrous industrial dust and material recovery in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and mining.
The dust-laden gas enters the box tangentially through the air inlet. Some of the coarser dust particles are first centrifugally separated and fall into the box along the wall of the cylinder. The rest of the dust flows to the filter bag with the airflow. The air passes through the filter bag and enters the bag, and then passes through the upper box and is discharged from the air outlet. The finer dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag and cannot be discharged with the airflow, achieving the effect of air and dust separation.
As time goes by, the dust accumulation on the outer surface of the filter bag gradually increases, which increases the resistance of the airflow through the filter bag. In order to keep the equipment within the limited range, the bag should be cleaned regularly to reduce the resistance. This series of products uses a pulse spray system to clean each group of filter bags in turn according to a certain procedure (other filter bags are filtered normally and are not affected). Compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag through the jet nozzle, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly, and a short reverse airflow (opposite to the flow direction of the filtered gas) is generated in the fiber tissue to clear the dust outside the filter bag.
