BTL series explosion-proof feeder. It is suitable for unpacking, placing, screening and unloading small bags of materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, battery materials and other industries; when unpacking, due to the micro-negative pressure of the dust collecting fan, the dust of the material can be prevented from flying everywhere. When the material is unpacked and poured into the next process, it only needs to be manually unpacked and put into the system, and the material is input into other containers such as silos through gas phase conveying methods such as vacuum.
The equipment adopts intelligent control, efficient automation, easy operation, efficient energy saving, no dead angle design inside, easy to disassemble and clean, and fewer maintenance points. The back-blowing principle realizes the reuse of materials, which is suitable for the feeding link in simple or complex systems.
This product is suitable for explosive gas environment, gas group ⅡA, ⅡB, temperature group T1~T4, combustible dust environment A21, A22, and the maximum surface temperature does not exceed 130℃.

BTL series explosion-proof feeder, when feeding materials, dust occurs. Under the action of dust removal fan, dust-containing gas enters the platform box, dust flows to the filter element with airflow, air passes through the filter element into the bag, and then passes through the dust removal fan, and is discharged from the dust removal fan outlet. The finer dust is retained on the surface of the filter element and cannot be discharged with the airflow, achieving the effect of gas and dust separation.
With the increase of time, the dust accumulation on the outer surface of the filter element gradually increases, which increases the resistance of the airflow through the filter bag. In order to keep the equipment within the limited range, the filter element should be cleaned regularly to reduce the resistance. This series of products uses a pulse spray system to clean the filter element in sequence according to a certain procedure. Compressed air is sprayed into the filter element through the air jet, causing the filter element to expand rapidly, and a short reverse airflow (opposite to the flow direction of the filtered gas) is generated in the fiber tissue to clear the dust outside the filter element.
