The pulverized coal vibrating screen is also called the blast furnace coal injection screen. It is used for screening pulverized coal in the blast furnace coal injection system of steel plants. The pulverized coal screening machine removes sawdust, woven bags, weeds, etc. from the pulverized coal.
Two explosion-proof vibration motors are used as vibration sources to make the coal powder be thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line. The linear wood chips, woven bags, weeds and other debris in the coal powder are accurately intercepted above the screen through the precision screen and automatically discharged into the debris channel from the slag discharge port. The finished coal powder is accurately filtered by the screen and automatically discharged from the finished product discharge port to the next coal injection process.
